Almost in 98% of the projects there are some pitfalls that were not indicated in the project drawings but surface in the process.
As a part of our agreement we discus this kind of situation and solve them all.
We always bringing the job to a successful completion no matter what situation can arise.
In this specific project we encountered a pitfall with the foundation, it was soft earth and water in front, we had to dig 2.20m deep until we hit hard ground with the consent of the engineer!
We changed the metal structure to eliminate the speaker in the middle of the room.
Now this family is happy, and we are happy too.
