There was many moments required all our experience and we are proud to say we found some extraordinary solutions.
Let us tell you about it!
Four new bathrooms were built with an exaggerated length sewer pipe that increased the risk of clogging.
Our designers have introduced the necessary changes in the project according to the standards so we neutralized any risk in the future.
What can be worse than the risk of clogging, will you say?
Well, we was dealing with an unsuitable surface for installing a metal beam, but with inspector's approval, we created a new foundation and installed a post beam that will ensure the security of the building for many years to come.
And then with a low gas pressure, resulted by a previous mistake- we solved this either by adding a special pipe.
And at the end, a specific type of tiles that were much larger than those that are usually installed in UK.
Thanks to the latest generation specialized equipment that we use, we managed to install it successfully.
And guess what?
Their happy faces are the best reward we could get.
